Annoyed customer

Why is it now that after we bring our own bags we have to bag our own groceries too. I noticed when you buy their bags they will bag, but when you bring up your own the customer bags. I went to a cashier and I had quite a bit of groceries and she just stood there...

You’re told to only help with bags being purchased. So get over it and bag ya own stuff

I didn't get my order

They told me they made a mistake and I would get it within the next hour, I called back an hour and 20 minutes later and they told me that its still on the truck that they thought it was canceled and if I could wait another hour I said no, and cancel the order 20 minutes after that the driver called me and said, can he deliver it within the next half an hour 40 minutes after I canceled it.

I am a disabled (Multiple Sclerosis) senior (age 71) in a scooter. I was looking for Half & Half and French's french-fried onions. Except for Caitlin, no one bothered to help.

No help. I asked a young lady for help and she pointed "over there" and got on her cell phone. I asked another who said "Half and Half is over at the back corner." I told her that I did not see it there and asked if it was moved. She shrugged and walked away. We picked up prescriptions at the pharmacy and told the pharmacist, who made a telephone call. Caitlin brought us over to the French fried onions and checked and told me that the store had no Half & Half. We thanked her profusely. Others were downright rude and dismissive. This was at Greenville, RI, Stop & Shop.

User's recommendation: Either ask Caitlin for help or go elsewhere. Rudeness is unacceptable.

Lost my delivery time due to consistent trouble with website

Site was very very slow allowing me to make selections and often froze .consequently I lost at least 2 early delivery times.I need to restore one of them. Tuesday Nov 22 either 11-12 or 2-3
