New ReviewerStop and shop eastchester NY. This is not my first horrible encounter with this woman, others have also told me their experiences.
Monday 2/2 approximately 3;30pm. This place is run by *** Each staff is worse and less helpful than the next. The woman who thinks she is a manager is totally useless, rude and out of line. They refused to give me my change (the self checkout was out of bills apparently) and made me go to three cashiers and customers and still refused.
The older woman with a cane needs to be retired, go to a nursing home or do something with herself it is no ones fault but her own that she is stuck working there at her age.
Im in charge and you are not getting it. Needs a complete overhaul and weeks of training in procedures and customer service.
User's recommendation: Avoid this store or have this woman fired or retrained.
Preferred solution: The employee to be reprimanded, receive proper training or be terminated..
